Racks of meaty ribs from our hogs, who are raised in the woods without antibiotics. Excellent smoked, or smothered in sauce and slow-cooked in the crock pot! Pass those paper towels, please. Antibiotic- and steroid/hormone-free meat (and eggs) is the main reason we began raising animals here at Shaky K Farm. Our pigs roam the woods, foraging and rooting to their hearts' content; this is clean meat you can feel good about putting on your plate.
